Mukasa

Mukasa is a supporting male character in Terror in Resonance, a smaller presence beside the central figures but still part of its machinery of police, crime, and urban consequence. The reference gives him less prominence than the main cast, which makes him useful for a quieter result: someone who moves paperwork, checks procedure, notices loose ends, and keeps the larger crisis from becoming pure noise.

You take the job that prevents chaos from multiplying. You write down the time, label the envelope, ask who authorized the change, and make sure the quiet practical step is not skipped because someone dramatic has entered the room. You are useful when a group wants a heroic gesture but actually needs a working chain of custody, a charged phone, a copied document, or a person who remembers the route back. Mukasa fits as a supporting male presence because not every important function stands at the centre of the poster. The fault line is that procedure can become a hiding place. You may follow the line of responsibility so neatly that you never ask whether the line itself is corrupt, or you may let bolder people decide the moral question while you keep the equipment in order.
