Question 1 of 10

Kilowog has paired you with a new recruit for a nervous patrol on the edge of Sector 674. The recruit asks what you want from them before the first distress call comes in. What do you do?

Walk the recruit through the route, make them repeat the hazards, and check their understanding before moving.
Take the exposed approach yourself and tell the recruit to keep pace while watching how you handle it.
Ask dispatch for the sector history, compare it with the current call, and assign the recruit a record to maintain.
Introduce the recruit to the rest of the team and make clear who covers whom if the patrol breaks apart.
